Shabnam was born in Iran and is a passionate educator with 17 years of teaching experience, primarily as a first-grade teacher in a bilingual school. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Canadian university and an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) certification. Throughout her career, she has created nurturing and inclusive classroom environments that support children’s early development and bilingual learning. Shabnam’s life has always been closely connected to children; she has grown with them, learned from them, and dedicated herself to their growth and success. She believes that education should be rooted in love, patience, and creativity. Outside the classroom, she enjoys caring for flowers and plants, which, like children, flourish with attention and care. For Shabnam, teaching is not just a profession—it is her heart’s purpose and lifelong passion.

Arsh is an Early Childhood Educator Assistant with two years of experience working with children. Even before becoming certified, Arsh naturally connected with kids while helping to raise a younger brother and cousins. With a deep love for nature, animals, and plants, Arsh believes the outdoors is a powerful teacher that inspires curiosity and wonder. Outside of work, Arsh enjoys reading by the water, playing basketball, roller skating, and swimming, and brings that same sense of adventure and playfulness to the children in their care.

Sara s a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) with experience supporting children’s growth across preschool and after-school settings in both Canada and Iran. She has worked with the YMCA and Rainbow Childcare, where she nurtured children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and individualized care. Sara creates warm, inclusive environments where every child feels valued and supported, maintaining strong communication with families and colleagues.

Mekhala was born and raised in Sri Lanka, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree before embarking on a journey of exploration that took her across many countries. With over seven years of experience working with children from toddlers to Grade 12, she brings a strong foundation in education and child development to her role. Recently, Mekhala made Canada her new home and has quickly fallen in love with its beautiful landscapes—especially the winter season and all the exciting, snow-filled activities it offers. She enjoys spending time outdoors and believes that nature provides endless opportunities for learning, growth, and joy.
