Arsh is an Early Childhood Educator Assistant with two years of experience working with children. Even before becoming certified, Arsh naturally connected with kids while helping to raise a younger brother and cousins. With a deep love for nature, animals, and plants, Arsh believes the outdoors is a powerful teacher that inspires curiosity and wonder. Outside of work, Arsh enjoys reading by the water, playing basketball, roller skating, and swimming, and brings that same sense of adventure and playfulness to the children in their care.

Sara s a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) with experience supporting children’s growth across preschool and after-school settings in both Canada and Iran. She has worked with the YMCA and Rainbow Childcare, where she nurtured children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and individualized care. Sara creates warm, inclusive environments where every child feels valued and supported, maintaining strong communication with families and colleagues.

Parmis is a caring and creative person who loves helping kids feel confident, comfortable, and understood. She brings a calm energy, a gentle sense of humour, and a natural ability to connect with children in a patient, supportive way. Parmis enjoys being outdoors, creating fun moments, and encouraging kids to explore and express themselves. She’s excited to be part of the Saplings Outdoor Program and to help build a space where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Richa is an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) who brings a thoughtful and caring approach to her work with children. Originally from India, she values respect, honesty, and dedication in both her professional and personal life.

She is guided by a strong sense of intuition and a genuine desire to support children’s growth and development. Richa finds inspiration in nature and the arts, which informs her creative and reflective approach to early learning.
